Hello and welcome!

My name is Laura (she/her). I inhabit a vocational space at the nexus of peacebuilding and conflict transformation, social justice and social healing, trauma healing and resiliency, social neuroscience, and embodiment. A deeply curious person, I am motivated by inquiries that seem to swirl around the central question of: what do practices of radical care look and feel like embodied in our relationships with ourselves, each other, and the planet?

In this virtual place, I am grateful to share with you explorations and ruminations around the themes of embodiment, healing, transformation, and love.
